Telegram online booking for salons and barbershops

Clients book on their own and install nothing. Schedule, client records, photos of your work and inventory — in one workspace.

Free for now: we are onboarding the first 15 salons.

Typical salon problems

Which of these happened to you this week?

Client booking screen in Telegram: choosing a service, a Specialist and a time

“When can I come in?” — twenty times a day.

Clients pick the service, the Specialist and a free time in Telegram. The booking lands in the schedule and Google Calendar at once, and the client gets a reminder before the visit.

Media screen: client reference photos and results attached to a visit

Reference photos get lost in chats.

References and the result stay with the visit. The best work builds into a showcase — a client's photo is published only with their consent.

Needs attention panel in CutDesk: bookings waiting for confirmation and a time conflict

In the morning nobody knows what needs attention today.

Bookings waiting for confirmation, time conflicts and unsettled payments — in one list: the whole salon for the owner and the administrator, their own bookings for each Specialist.

Client record in CutDesk: visit counts, regular-client badges and the Specialist's note

What did we do for this client last time?

Past visits, notes and the client's reliability — on one record, not in chats and a notebook.

Add booking form in the CutDesk workspace: Specialist, service, client search, date and time

You booked a client over the phone, and they are not in the schedule.

The administrator or the Specialist adds the client and the booking right in the workspace — the time is taken for online booking at once. The client links Telegram later with a QR code.

CutDesk takes the routine away.

What makes CutDesk different

No app to install, no per-seat pricing, no one else looking into your client base.

Clients need no app.

Booking opens in Telegram from the salon's link. Nothing to download, no sign-up, no password to remember.

As many Specialists as you like.

The price does not grow with every new Specialist. Staff and independent Specialists share one schedule, and the administrator has a role of their own without owner access.

A Specialist's clients stay theirs.

An independent Specialist's client base is private: the salon does not see it until the Specialist chooses to share.

Who it is for

From one chair to a salon with a team.

Solo professional

Your own booking link, your own schedule and your own client base — no administrator needed.

Barbershop or salon

A shared schedule for Specialists, an administrator role and the owner's view of the day.

Salon with independent Specialists

Chair renters work in the shared schedule, and their clients stay their clients.

How to start

Three steps to your first online booking.

  1. Create an account and request your salon

Sign up with email. We review the request by hand and open your workspace.

  2. Add services, Specialists and working hours

Connect your own Telegram bot and, if you need it, Google Calendar.

  3. Send clients your booking link

Clients book on their own, and you see everything in the workspace.

The administrator or the Specialist books them from the workspace. The client can link Telegram later with a QR code.

Does CutDesk work with Google Calendar?

Yes. Bookings are written to the Specialist's Google Calendar, and time that is busy in the calendar is not offered to clients.
